Rockdale Resources Corporation

Rockdale Resources Corporation is a domestic oil exploration and production company. Rockdale focuses on new oil wells in established areas of oil production. The Company uses state of the art technology to maximize oil production and to identify areas with the greatest potential.

The Company's core area of operations is in the Minerva-Rockdale Field in Rockdale, Texas.  Discovered in 1921, the field has an estimated 20 million barrels of recoverable oil remaining.  The production from this region is nearly 100% oil – with little natural gas.   Rockdale has an experienced management team with a record of success in the oil and gas industry.

Rockdale’s current lease position offers the potential for up to 100 new drilling locations.  The Company plans to conduct an aggressive drilling program to drill these wells and to acquire additional acreage for future growth.
